Job Description
ECS is seeking a Junior Change Management Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. ECS is responsible for designing, building, deploying, operating, and maintaining a complete 'Data Services' solution which includes the collection, normalization, visualization, and sharing of cyber data from more than 100 Federal agencies. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:
ECS is seeking a Junior Change Management Analyst that will assist in the implementation of organizational change initiatives for the CDM Data Services solution in accordance with DHS requirements. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate must have experience analyzing current processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives while working in multiple environments.

Required Skills
- Experience with participating in the change management process and techniques with experience establishing and implementing a change management plan
- Experience with identification of controlled artifacts (configuration items) and implementation of standard CM control processes
- Experience implementing change management processes within a government environment
- Proficient experience with source control tools, technologies, and repositories
- Proficient experience in system architecture and engineering disciplines
- Experience with release management to support application implementations, including developing release trains
- Experience with enforcing formal IT change and configuration management procedures
- Experience providing training and guidance on IT change management best practices
- Familiarity with the cyber security domain to include governance and risk management, compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery, encryption, software development security, access control, network security / secure architecture, and security operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and strong work ethic that is proactive and self-motivated. Must be able to inform, align, and hold team members accountable to established processes

- Experience in product release planning
- Experience managing knowledge bases / lessons learned repositories
