Job Details

The Digital Application Analyst III supports and maintains Sutter Health s Lawson V10 ERP (on-prem, DB2, Unix environment) and integrated third-party applications. This role blends technical and functional responsibilities configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting Lawson systems while translating business needs into clear integration requirements for development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, support, and lead integrated solutions managed by Information Services (IS).
Provide expert technical and functional support for Lawson V10 and related systems, including MHC Document Express and Landmark IPA.
Troubleshoot and resolve failed work units and application issues; perform root-cause analysis and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational processes into system and integration requirements (no direct coding required).
Create and maintain thorough system documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
Contribute to problem-management activities and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
Required Experience
Hands-on experience with Lawson V10 (on-prem, DB2, Unix) must have worked in this environment.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes within finance and supply chain.
Proven ability to operate independently in a Level 3 analyst capacity while integrating within a collaborative team.
Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience in legacy ERP systems.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with MHC Document Express and Landmark IPA.
Healthcare or enterprise ERP experience in similar environments
