Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a local and experienced Network Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require onsite training and several days/week in the office.

What you'll do:

  • Analyzes workload, including traffic and utilization trends while providing feedback on commonly encountered problems and misunderstandings to enhance user documentation and/or training programs etc.
  • Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the planning, design, installation, and implementation of the network infrastructure.
  • Tests and verifies hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, by recording and analyzing test data.
  • Confers with technical specialists and consults specifications to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of overall system(s).
  • Addresses new network vulnerabilities within audit-mandated time frames.
  • Creates and maintains process and procedure documentation.
  • Keeps knowledge and skills updated to keep up with rapid advancements in network technology.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical knowledge of networking, communications, firewall and related hardware and software.
  • Proficiency with network technologies and platforms.
  • 6 years of Network or other job related experience.
  • Cisco Switch/Routing knowledge.
  • Experience with firewall technologies

**Must be able to obtain C2 Clearance**
