About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader / Software Development Manager
to lead and manage complex software development initiatives. This role combines project
leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and team management. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in software development across multiple platforms, cloud
technologies, databases, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor technical teams to ensure project deliverables.
Plan, schedule, and oversee project activities, including documentation, reporting,
and resource allocation.
Collaborate with users, vendors, and third-party providers to deliver integrated
technology solutions.
Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design, and analysis.
Drive web-based application deployments, debugging, and service integration.
Ensure projects follow modern security principles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD
pipelines.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in multiple programming platforms and
frameworks.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in system analysis, design, development, and
project leadership.


Must-Have Skills
Software Development (10+ yrs): Across multiple platforms such as .NET, Java, R.
UI/Frontend Development (10+ yrs): Strong experience with JavaScript
frameworks including Kendo UI, AngularJS, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML5, and
Bootstrap.
Web-Based Application Deployment & Debugging (10+ yrs).
Web Services Design & Development (7+ yrs).
Version Control (5+ yrs): GIT and TFS.

Highly Desired Skills
Database Development (7+ yrs): MS SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
SharePoint Development (7+ yrs): Client-Side Object Model (CSOM) and
JavaScript Object Model (JSOM) for SharePoint 2013/2019/Online.
Azure Integrations (7+ yrs): Experience integrating web applications with Azure AD
and Azure B2C.

Additional Technical Knowledge
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
DevOps & CI/CD: Strong understanding of pipelines and automation.
Security Principles: Designing and implementing secure applications.
Architectural Styles: Microservices, monolithic, client-server.
Test Automation: Hands-on with modern test automation tools.
