Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: REMOTE

Duration:-12 months+

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with Clarity (CA PPM / Clarity PPM) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform while integrating with Clarity for project portfolio management. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and optimized CRM + PPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) to meet business requirements.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and Clarity PPM to streamline portfolio, program, and project management processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce + Clarity integrations and workflows.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and participate in UAT support.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and administrators.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, as well as Clarity PPM enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integration.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configurations (objects, flows, permissions, validation rules, workflows).
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Clarity PPM or similar Project Portfolio Management tools.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II) or Application Architect certifications.
  • Experience with Clarity PPM (CA PPM) configuration, customizations, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with project/portfolio management processes (resource planning, budgeting, reporting).
