Job Description:
- Develop and implement new healthcare data integrations.
- Maintain and support existing healthcare data integrations
Required:
Worked extensively within AWS cloud environment, utilizing services such as S3, EC2, and IAM for data storage, processing, and access management.
Maintaining scalable data ingestion pipelines leveraging Python and advanced SQL.
Orchestrated complex workflows using Airflow and Astronomer.
Led efforts in migrating workloads to Databricks, optimizing performance and enabling large-scale data processing and analytics.
Utilized Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment of applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Collaborated cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver reliable, production-grade data solutions.
Ensured best practices in CI/CD, code quality, and cloud resource optimization to support highly available systems.
Good to have: Developed and enhanced database migration utilities using Alembic, ensuring smooth schema evolution and minimal downtime.
Minimum Qualifications
Essential to perform duties without training
2+ years experience as an integrations engineer as part of a cross-functional team helping to automate processes
* 1+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying language on large multi-tabledata sets
1+ years of experience working with health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, HL7, or FHIR
