Description
Position Summary
This position is in the eCommerce Technology space within Digital Sales and Servicing Technology Platform team.
Candidate will collaborate with QA, Developers, PMs, Liens of Business partners and other related teams to manage the testing execution of the overall project across all impacted applications. Candidate will conduct testing workgroup meetings with all the impacted applications to ensure that the release timelines and the execution goals are met. Test execution will include all applications, both internal and external to CFPT, including vendors.
Candidate is responsible for collaborating with the project management team and tracking on-time closure of all dependencies so testing timelines are not compromised and all facets of testing are being tracked and kept in check for the release. Candidate will be held accountable to make sure that teams follow the defect management guidelines and that the defect aging is kept in adherence to audit requirements. The candidate will be responsible to provide report on a daily basis to the leadership team.
Candidate will be responsible for:
-Communicate effectively within the team and escalate as necessary
-Daily reporting on defects and test execution status to Senior Leaders
-Prioritizing LoB issues and concerns for quick resolution by tech teams
-Leading traiges to resolve any blocking defects
-Responsible for all types of testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, DR, Perf, etc) as required
Required Skills
?1) BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, or related field
2) 5+ years of QA experience
3) Must have some background in supporting a Digital domain
4) Strong knowledge of tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, excel, powerpoint, etc)
5) Good understanding of different software development methodologies (agile vs waterfall)
6) Must be extremely detail oriented in regards to documentation and communication?
Desired Skills
?1) Prior experience in the banking industry, specifically in the Online Banking space
2) Prior experience working as part of a Lean-Agile team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.00/hr.
