Job Description: SAP Architect
Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Often time, this will require working with the clients to gather requirements, properly understand the business, and document the requirements in terms of SAP.
- Provide on-site expertise, walking the halls at the customer location on a weekly and daily basis.
- Work with Senior SAP Sales Leaders to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and advance them to a convincing proposal stage.
- Manage and lead SAP projects from conception to proposal, ensuring timely delivery of proposals with great quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues related to SAP architecture and project management.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. This is essential for the architect role.
- Collaborate with the back-office team in India, utilizing Subject Matter Experts for detailed analysis and solution development.
- Write and communicate verbally in a persuasive manner to effectively present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Dynamic personality and willingness to learn and be open minded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in SAP Architecture.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading SAP projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, and provide dedicated support to our customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and redesign.
- Certification in SAP Architecture or related areas.
