JOB SUMMARY:
This is a team deputy/admin position on the Deployment Team that requires managing the admin tasks for the team, multiple projects in parallel and managing pop-up tasks that occur. Responsibilities include: - Preparation and review of site drawings and plans - Review of the content and details of technical products - Acting as a technical interface to Missile Defense National Team (MDNT) working level counterparts, and the MDA customer - Document work to be completed via Agile methodologies, update as required and work with team leadership on work completion - Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Engineering Estimates (EE) providing hours estimates and justification to complete along with install material estimates. Successful Site Engineering deputy will be a member of a focused team, who will interface with peer-level team members, the Deployment Team Leadership and NT management to ensure high quality products are generated on time and within the resources available. This position will also require the ability to work with a team in person and remotely. Some travel possible.
RATE: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00k Annual Salary
LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Colorado Springs, CO (4/10's)
CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Secret or Top Secret

Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a teaming environment and require limited guidance
- Knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and techniques and be proficient in Microsoft Visio (other, equivalent professional drawing programs desired) and Microsoft Excel, plus have a strong understanding of drafting and hardware engineering standards
- A basic understanding of networks (VLANs, switch stacking, routers, etc.)
- Previous experience in:
- Systems Engineering/Hardware Engineering;
- fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of products;
- project management;
- strong communication skills with a proactive mindset;
- C2BMC experience highly desired.
Experience Requirements:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of experience is required
- Technical related meetings, configuration control, Bill of Material development
- Provide drafting and design engineering during the system design, development and deployment activities
- Control and manage all drawings for the program
- Completing required documentation and drawings in accordance with Systems and/or Hardware Engineer direction
- Work with fielding and mission success organizations to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
