One of our clients is currently undergoing a team restructuring to enhance operational efficiency within their Service Desk and Asset Management functions. The existing processes are experiencing delays, with service tickets being resolved at a slower pace than desired. As part of this initiative, the client aims to streamline service desk operations, improve asset management workflows, and reduce response times. A key focus is shifting from reactive support to a more proactive and preventative maintenance model.
The Asset Management team oversees the full lifecycle of IT devices, including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and coordination with external vendors and partners.
Top Must Skills:
1) 5+ years utilizing ITIL
2) 5+ years working with Service Management Tools
3) 2+ years of experience in Device Lifecycle Management
**Must be bilingual (French and English) and hold Secret Clearance already in hand**

1) 5+ years utilizing ITIL
- Deep understanding of ITIL Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain ITIL-aligned workflows for incident, change, and problem management.
- Experience with ITIL lifecycle stages: service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement)
2) 5+ years working with Service Management Tools
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix, Jira, and SCCM.
- Ability to optimize workflows, automate processes, and integrate modules like CMDB, password reset, and asset tracking
- Ability to create/improve processes, procedures and best practices for workflows within the ITSM tool.
- Ability to support the set up of a new ITSM tool and the flows, processes and standards that have to be included.
3) 2+ years of experience in Device Lifecycle Management
- a) Oversight of asset lifecycle stages: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- b) Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, CG4, and Discovery for tracking and reporting asset states (e.g., In Stock, In Maintenance, In Transit, In Use).
- c) Experience managing large-scale environments (e.g., 5,000+ devices across Windows, Mac, Linux)
