Location : Vancouver, Canada or Seattle, WA,

Duration Fulltime

Experience level -12+

Mandatory Skills Senior Architect to lead front-end architecture and integration for customer engagement solutions, leveraging Next.js, React, Salesforce, Kafka, and Omni channel technologies to enhance digital and in-store experiences.

Job Description :

  • Frontend Architecture Development with Flutter experience.
  • Architecture and Integration experience.
  • Cloud and DevOps experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  1. Front-End Development: Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap.
  2. Experience with Next.js, Rush.js, and React Query (MFE V3 stack).
  3. Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, GraphQL, WebSockets, and headless CMS/eCommerce solutions.
  4. Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
  5. CRM Platforms: Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud), Tulip, NewStore, or similar platforms.
  6. Omnichannel & Contact Center Solutions: Knowledge of IVR, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), chatbots, messaging APIs (Twilio, Vonage), and AI-powered customer engagement tools.
  7. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, serverless computing, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Security & Compliance: Understanding of OAuth, SSO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and best practices in data security and privacy.
