Job Details
Required Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in federal contracting or SBA-related programs.
- Strong understanding of SBA small business categories: WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), Native American, ANC, NHO.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), SBA guidelines, and DHA procurement practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting 8(a) applications or managing SBA compliance audits.
- Knowledge of GSA schedules, SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, and DHA-specific acquisition platforms.
- Prior work with tribal enterprises or ANC/NHO organizations.
