Job Description

BA with some PMO
*Not seeking tech Client. Need Client from ops side and business projects
*Need Business Analysts ideally with Capital Markets
*They need to Liaise with several teams, gather user requirements, bridge the gap between OPS , Tech & Finance, (we are not looking for Tech Client or Financial Analysts but looking for those who can partner with these teams)
*Some PM skills needed for tasks like coordinating standing Calls/ Zoom meetings. They will be supporting OPS solutions.
*The project is global; they are replacing their existing General Ledger Software from Oracle. This is the first release effort around the globe. They look at this effort from an OPS point of view (it's OPS they care about) whether it be Market OPS, Payment OPS, Banking Ops, Wealth Management Ops)
*Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units, strong documentation skills, requirements gathering and analysis, ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
*Strong Client with leadership skills and effective communication skills.

• Multi Year program
• Replace the general ledger with an Oracle solution
• General ledger, cash, or cash management ERP general ledger backgrounds would be helpful (SAP, Oracle, Etc.)
• Data skills
• Team is focused on the operationalperspective for the program across every business line. How are they all being kept aligned with the program. Ensuring all inputs are included in the program
• BA's with a hybrid PM skill set
• Own the functional operation solutions
• Bridge the gaps between operations, finance, and technology
• Facilitate and liaison between organizations
• Change Managementexperience would be helpful
• Process Modeling, Flow Charts, gap analysis(where we are at and where are we trying to get to)
• Work independently
• Effective communication, analytical thinkers, good problem solving
• Gathering and analyzing data, documents, business requirements

Responsibilities:
1) working independently and alongside operations, tech and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and analysis.
2) Ensure consistent and accurate requirements reflect the needs of Client for the SL program
3) Bridging the gap between operations, Tech and finance partners to effectively translate requirements
4) Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units , Tech and Finance to understand each other's constraints
5) Process Improvement : Current state analysis and future state design.
6) Data Migration and integrity : clear data mapping from old to new system and data validation during migration and after.
7) Manage Change : Help manage the organizational change process ensure operations are prepared and remove ambiguity when the need arises.

3) Gap Analysis : Identifying the current process and the desired future state and solutions to bridge these gaps
4) Banking and financial knowledge, Finance and operations a plus.
5) Project management tools. e.g. Jira PTS.
