1. Over 10 Years of experience in DevOps.
2. Must have experience in Tekton/ArgoCD.
3. The DevOps resource supposed to be delivering AWS related work using Terraform Code which requires knowledge in AWS Services. Not needed to know everything in AWS but the base services at least to understand the requirements.

5. Most of the projects are combinations of procuring AWS Native Services and Deploying the Java Applications in Kubernetes Clusters. It requires knowledge in AWS Native Services / Kubernetes / CICD / Jenkins / TekTon/ArgoCD / SQL & NoSQL Databases.
6. Good Communication Skills.
