RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lake Wales, FL that is seeking an IAM Engineer to drive modernization in their cloud journey by designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's existing and new IAM infrastructure. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and governance of digital identities across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor, Investigate, Audit, and Report
* Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity governance frameworks
* Manage and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
* Configure and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions, and Identity Governance and Administration, all with a zero-trust mindset
* Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with identity and access policies
* Collaborate with all teams as necessary to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
* Develop automation processes to streamline IAM operations and enhance cybersecurity postures
* Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities
* Provide technical guidance and training to users and stakeholders on IAM best practices
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST standards
* Stay up-to-date with evolving IAM technologies, trends, and threats and recommend improvements
* Respond to, investigate, analyze, and document cyber incidents. Identify .patient zero
* Participate in planning, implementing, and upgrading cybersecurity best practices for existing and new systems and data
* Contribute to audit and penetration testing
* Ensure all relevant IAM activities are logged and fed to the SIEM
REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical certifications preferred, such as MS-700, MS-900, AZ-104, AZ-900, CCNA, etc.
* Embrace a customer service mentality to be trusted partners with business colleagues
* Must be able to consistently follow instructions without direct supervision; in other words, the ability to work independently with consistent service and results
* Thrive in an environment that is fast paced; adapt to changing situations
* Demonstrated ability to evaluate, propose, implement, document, and provide end-to-end support of technology related to cybersecurity
* Knowledge of citrus handling/processing/food manufacturing/transportation is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additional language proficiency a plus
* Demonstrated expertise with remote workstation access and control for rapid response for training and troubleshooting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
