If you're someone who gets satisfaction from clean data, optimized feeds, and flawless user experiences, this is your kind of challenge.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a builder's mindset and proactively improves systems, processes, and data flows.
- Enjoys connecting data dots between Workday, Litmos, and other HR systems.
- Can create repeatable processes and API workflows that make our operations more efficient.
- Operates independently while collaborating closely with the Director of LMS & Technical Support and cross-functional partners in HR, IT, and Compliance.
- Loves data structure, detail, and automation - and can turn complex reporting into actionable insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
System Integrations & Technical Operations
- Own and manage API integrations between the LMS (SAP Litmos, Workday Learning or similar) and enterprise systems (Workday, SSO/IdP, HRIS, CRM).
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot data feeds (SFTP, API endpoints, flat-file transfers) to ensure accurate user provisioning, role mapping, and real-time updates.
- Map and manage people data fields (employment type, job code, region, manager hierarchy) critical for training assignments and compliance reporting.
- Validate and debug SCORM/xAPI/Tin Can course packages to ensure seamless functionality across devices and browsers.
- Oversee single sign-on (SSO) configuration, access management, and identity governance.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with the LMS vendor, managing upgrades, testing releases, and escalating incidents.
- Implement system automations to reduce manual admin overhead.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, SQL, or Litmos Analytics to measure compliance, adoption, and performance.
- Perform data validation and root-cause analysis on anomalies or failed data syncs.
- Create APIs and custom reports to deliver actionable insights to HR, IT, Compliance, and leadership.
- Drive data governance and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, union CBAs, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to HR, Compliance, and leadership teams.
LMS Infrastructure & Diagnostics
- Monitor system performance and error logs to proactively identify issues before they impact users.
- Conduct regression testing after releases, vendor patches, or new integrations.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams for IT and admin teams.
Stakeholder & End-User Support
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LMS incidents not resolvable at the admin level.
- Partner with IT security, HR, and global stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and business continuity.
- Conduct technical onboarding for admins and SMEs on API workflows, SCORM validation, and reporting tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience, with a strong technical focus.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds (JSON, REST, XML, SFTP).
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies.
Preferred
- Experience with SAP Litmos (or similar enterprise LMS).
- Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, or similar).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with compliance training at a global scale (GDPR, US data privacy, union agreements).
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to both IT and non-technical stakeholders.
COMPENSATION
