SAP Signavio SME Architect Consultant - for our direct client Analog

Expected rate : $open/hr. on c2c or w2

JD:

• Develop a roadmap for business process governance, control and management using Signavio toolset connected to S4.
• Development of Signavio toolset architecture in alignment of roadmap.
• Development of Process Models:
• Oversee development of four (4) process models over a period of 6-8 weeks and its alignment to signavio architecture and roadmap. These models shall be created in alignment with the ADI's requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Administration:
• document the roadmap and architecture components:
• Decision points
• Controls
• Owners
• Tagging standards
• Naming conventions
• Facilitation of Approval and Publication:
• Consultant will facilitate the approval process of the completed process models, ensuring that they are reviewed, approved, and finalized for publication.
• Consultant will work with ADI team to ensure that the models are properly communicated and accessible within the Client's system.
• Knowledge Transfer:
• During the term of this engagement, Consultant will provide guidance and training to the ADI Signavio team, empowering them to independently manage the ongoing delivery and maintenance of the developed process models after the completion of this engagement.
