Payroll Consultant

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with strong functional background in PeopleSoft- NA Payroll, Core HR and should be able to independently drive discussions with customer, strategize, and execute conversion along with end to end Payroll testing along with solutioning the conversion issues from Cloud / Lawson to PS or any other ERP.

Must have strong skills on PeopleSoft Payroll  and has experience in conversion projects to PS. Understand the NA Payroll business processes and functionality specific to client.

Able to come up quick work around for conv issues and approach for data validation with SWL / Func knowledge

Strong communication skills to directly interact and lead discussions with customer. Should have experience in driving the meeting/session with business teams.

Strong hold and control to also manage offshore team leverage their effort for analysis and dev / build/ fix

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and should be able to independently plan, execute, test (end to end) leveraging the technical resources in project to have the project deliverables completed as per priority set.

Coordination with Customer & Cognizant onsite/offshore resource.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PeopleSoft solutions with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaborate with upstream and downstream system for impacts and testing need.

Work closely with business during UAT and assist them for test issues / defect fix with support from offshore team

Lead end-to-end NA Payroll conversion, payroll testing and pay match between old and PS system
