Role: Admin Assistant

Locations: San Antonio, TX (in-office position)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to support the daily administrative functions of our San Antonio office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while balancing their academic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office space, ensuring it is organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling mail, and coordinating office logistics
  • Help manage vendor relationships for office-related services (e.g., cleaning, supplies, maintenance)
  • Assist in setting up workstations for new employees and ensuring common areas are well-maintained
  • Provide general support to employees, including handling minor IT and facility-related inquiries
  • Support event planning for team meetings, training sessions, and company gatherings
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferred fields: Business, Administration, Communications, or related)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive in problem-solving
