We re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support a Dayforce implementation, focusing on HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. You ll lead testing efforts, run payroll parallel testing, and ensure a smooth rollout across multiple sprints.
What You ll Do:
Lead QA testing for HR/Payroll systems (Dayforce preferred).
Design and execute test plans and cases.
Perform payroll parallel testing and validate integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Mentor and support business users on testing best practices.
What We re Looking For:
3 5 years testing ERP/HCM/HRIS systems (Dayforce strongly preferred, but Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc. accepted).
Strong HR/Payroll knowledge.
Experience with integrations (APIs, flat files, payroll/benefits systems).
SQL for data validation.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
QA certifications (ISTQB or similar).
Experience with Agile and automation tools.
Housing systems experience (Yardi, MRI, PHA).
