Job Description -

Position Title: Workforce Software Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Client Overview: Our client is seeking to hire a Workforce Software Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions that meet business requirements and enhance overall HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis & Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for WFS solutions.
  • Configuration & Implementation:Configure and implement WFS modules, including Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between WFS and other systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Benefits, and other HR systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of WFS modules.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation related to WFS configurations and processes. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of WFS solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementations.
  • Certification: Certified in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in integrating WFS with other HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information effectively.
