Must-Have Skills (3-5 Years):

  • Administering Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, or equivalent cloud security)

  • Cloud-based security architectures, Zero Trust, SASE frameworks

  • Policy configuration (web filtering, firewall, DLP, bandwidth control)

  • Identity systems (Azure AD, SAML) integration with Zscaler

  • SIEM experience (Splunk preferred)

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Python scripting

  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, GRE, IPsec)
