Pay Range:$98000-$140000/Yrs
Description:
* Develop cloud-based contact center solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
* Integrate various cloud services to enhance functionality and performance.
* Create custom contact flows and real-time analytics to improve customer experiences.
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
* Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure as code tools.
* Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions for contact centers.
* Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology meets business needs.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning using appropriate tools.
* Ensure compliance with security and industry standards.
* Optimize system performance through monitoring and insights.
* Maintain operational integrity and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
* Preferred cloud certification.
* 6 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-based development.
* 3 years of experience working with cloud services.
* Strong understanding of cloud identity and access management.
* Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, C#, or Java.
* Experience with contact center technologies is a plus.
