Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience Level: Expert (84+ months of experience providing guidance to large teams and extensive industry experience).
- Education/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) AND PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Requested Technical Experience
- 84 months managing multiple large, complex IT projects (budgets over $1M, 12+ month durations) including at least one project managed in the NYS ITSM system.
- 84 months developing and executing comprehensive project plans (Charter, Scope, Cost, Quality, Risk, etc.) using the NYS PMBOK.
- 84 months using project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to manage Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid schedules.
- 84 months managing detailed Scope Documents and the deliverables acceptance/change request process.
- 84 months in project quality planning, including UAT, defect management, and end-to-end system testing.
- 48 months managing COTS software implementation or in-house application development (SDLC) projects.
- 24 months using NYS OITS standard tools (NYS ITSM, MeasureIT cost planning, and NYS project management templates).
