Description
Senior SDET will incorporate experience and skills to define and drive innovative automation test strategies and incorporate them into the development cycle within the Agile teams. This position collaborates with multiple teams and automation engineers to deliver excellence for all work items within Quality Engineering for software development and deployment. Must have experience in shift left and TDD sprint work Work automation full stack through services and data Collaborate with SCRUM teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans in each sprint cycle Collaborate with the team to maintain Automation testing best practices Have experience leading a team of automation engineers Define, drive, diagram, document and review automation designs Closely follow a detailed technical roadmap that aligns with our product vision across different business functions. Have strong knowledge of OOAD, design principles such as SOLID and Design patterns Responsible for on-time delivery of tests committed to, test plan creation, test plan execution, and test results reporting. Do evaluations, and gaps/overlaps analysis of tools and current automation Develop report dashboards for test results, coverage and defects Support the QE team with the execution of manual testing, as needed. Initiate automated tests to ensure the software created is meeting Acceptance Criteria. Implement and maintain automated test triggering through the current continuous integration/continuous delivery tool Thinking "outside of the box" to understand the various scenarios and configurations that customers use to ensure customer quality is maintained. Responsible for defining and driving innovative automation testing strategies and toolsets into our overall development processes. Participate in current state and future state test planning and execution, including, but not limited to, functional, integration, experimental and regression testing. Work with developers, product owners, application support, and business intelligence teams to help define solution and application performance requirements. Collaborate with SCRUM teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans in each sprint cycle. Collaborate with the team to define and maintain Automation testing best practices Negotiate and collaborate with teams, stakeholders, engineers and upper management in a courteous, pleasant, professional win-win manner

6+ years of working experience as an SDET/QA Automation Testing. Proven track record of implementing automated testing strategies and reporting solutions. Proven track record leading teams Proficiency with cloud technologies (either AWS or Azure). Experience in writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites using various technologies including, but not limited to Playwright Experience with languages such as .NET and C# Proficiency with test execution frameworks Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes. Experience with Azure or AWS DevOps, Agile process improvement, CI/CD automation, NPM, or other package managers, Jira and Zephyr. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all business units.
