Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic learning design team for an exciting eight-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging learning materials and animations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing learning materials and animations that align with brand guidelines.
• Optimize digital content for efficient delivery and download performance.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide design guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Maintain and develop visual templates and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Illustration and animation skills are a plus.
