?10 years of product management experienceExperience working in large-scale enterprise business/system transformations AI Expertise:Experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI in driving automation, personalization, and efficiencyAbility to apply AI in enhancing digital-human interactions and partner experiences Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Proven experience working with cross-functional teams: Business, Engineering, UX, Program Managers, Data ScienceAbility to drive change management and understand implications on partner workflows and back-office processesMethodology & Communication:Proficiency in Scrum or AgileStrong verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong influence skills and stakeholder alignment capabilitiesEducation: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
