About this opportunity:
As an Electronic Engineer Intern, you will work with Electronic Engineers and Troubleshoot Technicians to support product technical troubleshooting and investigations for the 5G Smart Factory for volume production and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. You will be involved with documenting processes, troubleshooting guides and other documents as needed. You will grow your own technical competence by troubleshooting product and applying that knowledge on a daily basis. In addition, you can eventually serve as a key point of contact for troubleshoot technicians, product engineers and other teams for operational feedback and alignment.

What you will do:
- Establish and/or modify processes as needed that support the troubleshoot function of the team
- Be trained and build competence in ways of troubleshooting and analysis of electronic circuits.
- Gain NPI technical knowledge
- Partner with electronic engineers to conduct root cause analysis of faults and work with troubleshoot technicians to improve reliability, throughput and increase repair yields
- Get exposure to data performance and analyzing results
The skills you bring:
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, committed to providing high-quality work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Engineering student with degree plans on Electrical or Electronic Engineering path
- 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
- Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term
