Job Description:
The Hillman Group is looking for a Solution Architect Oracle EPM to lead the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within a JDE to Oracle Fusion migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Lead JDE to Oracle Fusion migration, ensuring accurate data transformation and reporting alignment.
- Optimize financial processes, forecasting models, and budgeting workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial systems.
- Stay updated on Oracle EPM advancements and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle EPM (Planning, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.).
- Experience with JDE to Oracle Fusion migration.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience integrating EPM with Oracle Cloud ERP and data analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
