Job Title - NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB)

Duration: 3 months

Location: Remote

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced architect to lead enhancements in Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
This role focuses on redesigning core models, improving performance, and implementing advanced business logic across Workforce and T&E planning.
Key Responsibilities
Redesign and refactor existing NSPB models for Workforce and T&E
Implement rejection logic for approvals, including Smart List-based validations
Optimize Groovy scripts and rule performance across cubes
Build summary-level T&E approval dashboards and reporting logic
Collaborate with finance, operations, and planning teams on design and testing
Document all logic changes and improvements
Must-Have Skills
4 6 years in enterprise performance management (EPM) or Oracle Planning
Deep experience with Oracle NSPB (Planning Cloud)
Proficient in Groovy scripting and business rule development
Strong knowledge of Smart Lists, Data Forms, and rule debugging
Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
Ability to architect scalable, efficient models within planning systems
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with REST APIs for NSPB
Experience with cross-cube data movement and approval workflows
Exposure to T&E model design or large org headcount planning
Deliverables
Refactored Workforce and T&E models
Rejection logic fully implemented and tested
Performance-tuned rules and scripts
Summary T&E approval report design and build
Documentation of architecture changes and business logic
