Job Title: Project Manager School-Based Services EHR Implementation

Location: Remote

Contract Type: Full-Time, Contract

Duration: Through end of calendar year 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and financial tracking using tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, PPMT).
• Facilitate project meetings, including risk/issue reviews, backlog grooming, and change management.
• Organize and archive project documentation in the State-designated repository.
• Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate deliverable approvals using DEDs and DAFs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain stakeholder register.
• Lead lessons learned sessions and produce a project closeout report.
• Collaborate with State governance committees and sponsors to resolve issues and guide policy decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or education sectors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP Certification.
• HIPAA training and compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work full-time during business hours (7:45 AM 4:30 PM EST).
• Must be employed by the contractor (W-2 status); independent contractors are not accepted.
