Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations projects.
  • Manage complex information technology environments, including:
    • Network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
    • Firewalls, email filtering, and security systems
    • Web and SQL servers, Office 365, commercial databases
    • Active Directory, group policies, and user access controls
    • Backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Provide project leadership for initiatives involving system upgrades, platform migrations, and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor system and network performance, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and capacity standards.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of IT policies to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Coordinate procurement planning and budgeting related to IT infrastructure and services.
  • Serve as the administrator and point of contact for system-specific platforms such as point-of-sale (POS) or internal business systems, ensuring ongoing functionality and database backup integrity.
  • Liaise with cybersecurity and IT governance entities as a designated policy compliance lead.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational and technology objectives.

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor s degree or Associate s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of project coordination or management in IT environments
  • 2 years of experience with:
    • Audio-Visual (AV) systems
    • IT network support and administration
    • Tier I and Tier II help desk operations
    • User and resource account management
    • Maintaining service continuity during evolving technical strategies

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading cross-functional technology projects
  • Exposure to IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and backup strategies
