Contract Duration: 6 Months with likelihood to extend and/or convert.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Senior level analyst with experience consuming and interpreting regulations including FAQs,
  • Technology Functional Guides, and Compliance Review Manuals from regulatory bodies
  • Experience interpreting and/or implementing requirements of FDIC Part 370
  • Partner with stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control to provide insight into requirements and client compliance with requirements


What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
  • Develop technical requirements based on FDIC Part 370 regulation.
  • Incorporate requirements listed in the Information Technology Functional Guide to ensure comprehensiveness and accurate of technical requirements.
  • Interpret guidance from FDIC's Compliance Review Manual for Part 370 to detail specific requirements tested to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with technical SME to compare Client's FDIC calculation logic to the technical requirements.
  • Identify gaps and help to amend logic to ensure compliance.
