Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs tailored to the needs of the finance and banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and banner ads using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and industry standards.
Utilize Adobe InDesign to craft precise layouts and documents specific to the finance and banking sector.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
Adapt designs to meet project-specific requirements while managing deadlines effectively.
Communicate with team members and clients to set expectations and provide updates on design progress.
Ensure all designs are optimized for both digital and print mediums.
Provide creative solutions to enhance visual communication strategies.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver.
Demonstrated experience in creating advertisements, brochures, and banner ads.
Strong understanding of brand awareness and consistency in design.
Familiarity with the finance and banking industry, including its specific design needs.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and set clear boundaries.
Previous experience in a detail-oriented design role, showcasing extensive skills.
Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
