Detailed Job Description:
Technical Skills:
Experience in working on IVR Call flow design in omni channels, mainly on Inbound and Outbound Voice, Chat channels.
Experience in working on Data action and Integration on Genesys Cloud
Experience in working on integrating any of CRM tool like salesforce on to Genesys cloud.
Having a good skill in developing bot flows and bot configurations in inbound channel.
Experience in configuration of all Genesys pre-configuration tools under the admin tab.
Have a good knowledge on Genesys cloud support experience for troubleshooting agent issues.
Experience in working outbound dialer campaign.
Understanding, representing, and working on call flow design in Visio application.
The candidate needs to have basic knowledge on Java scripting language to understand the business logics or to develop any new scripts.
Analytical skills:
The candidate should have good knowledge on analyzing the IVR call flows and able to optimize to meet the business KPI's.
The candidate should have good knowledge in understanding the contact center reports and agent statistics reports.
