Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Systems Specialist to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of complex communication systems across remote and industrial environments.
The ideal candidate will have 5 10 years of hands-on experience in one or more telecommunications disciplines and must have prior experience working in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain various radio and microwave communication systems.
- Support installation and troubleshooting of structured cabling and network hosting systems.
- Manage and maintain CCTV and VMS systems for surveillance and monitoring.
- Implement and support SCADA systems using VHF/UHF licensed and unlicensed frequencies.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of VSAT systems for remote connectivity.
- Provide technical support for aviation and marine radio systems including AIS, RACON, and radar.
- Install and maintain DC solar power systems and contribute to electrical design.
- Support camp/rig entertainment systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Maintain weather and helideck monitoring systems for offshore safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and reliability.
