Job Description:

>> Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Taleo across Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting modules.

>> Lead system design and configuration efforts to support retail-specific hiring workflows, including seasonal and hourly workforce needs.

>> Architect and maintain complex TCC scripts for data exchange between Taleo and enterprise systems (HRIS, payroll, background screening, etc.).

>> Design and implement scalable recruiting workflows tailored to retail operations, including store-level requisition management and candidate pipelines.

>> Enhance onboarding processes to support distributed locations, ensuring compliance and timely task completion.

>> Lead system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Requirements:

>> 8-10+ years experience in SaaS HCM-Oracle Talent Management Cloud

>> Experience integrating Taleo with Oracle Cloud HCM or other enterprise HR platforms

>> Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting languages
