Job Title: Flexcube Engineer

Duration: 12 months

Remote Positon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube Engineer to support the design, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Banking Systems (CBS), technical development, system integration, and troubleshooting within a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle FLEXCUBE application environments.
  • Customize FLEXCUBE modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom PL/SQL procedures, reports, and interfaces for FLEXCUBE.
  • Perform end-to-end integration with external systems (payment gateways, CRM, middleware, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve FLEXCUBE application issues, including performance tuning and defect fixes.
  • Support UAT, SIT, and production rollout of FLEXCUBE patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Work with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards, security protocols, and audit requirements.
  • Provide ongoing L2/L3 production support and issue resolution for FLEXCUBE applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 7+ years of experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (Universal Banking System).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL), Java, XML, Web Services, Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Experience in FLEXCUBE customization, OFSAA integration, OBPM (Oracle Payments), and interfaces.
  • Understanding of banking operations (Retail/Corporate banking, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade).
  • Experience with Core Banking System upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders (business users, vendors, and IT teams).
