Job Details

Title: Privacy Office Administrator

Location: Midwestern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation

Description
* Coordinate and administer responsibilities within the Privacy Office.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Oversee updates of regulatory policies and procedures.
* Develop and distribute regulatory information via internal and external platforms.
* Track and report on required initiatives under federal and state laws.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate departmental responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Work with departments on process flows and updates.
* Oversee reports and contribute to annual executive/board reviews.
* Ensure regulatory policies and procedures are regularly updated.
* Track and report on complaints, notifying management of deadlines.
* Monitor disclosures and produce regular reports for executives.
* Participate in compliance reviews and investigations as necessary.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Legal and 2-3 years of experience in a privacy office role.
* Knowledge of federal and state laws.
* Experience leading departmental or divisional projects.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with generic office software applications.
