Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tableau Production Support Analyst to join the DIA (Data, Insights & Automation) track supporting enterprise-wide data and analytics platforms. This role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of Tableau reporting solutions within a broader ecosystem of modern data technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and server environments.

Manage incident resolution, service requests, and problem management in coordination with business users and platform teams.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues related to performance, data discrepancies, or access.

Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data availability, dashboard accuracy, and timely refreshes.

Participate in minor enhancements, version upgrades, migration support, and regression testing.

Monitor Tableau servers and reports proactively using tools and SOP-based bots.

Identify and automate repetitive tasks through scripting, alerts, and self-service mechanisms.

Document knowledge articles and contribute to the knowledge base for faster issue resolution.

Key Skills & Technologies:

Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server administration.

Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Postgres and Spark environments preferred.

Understanding of data pipelines and ETL frameworks.

Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow.

Exposure to Hadoop (Cloudera), Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with low-code platforms (Mendix, Appian) and collaboration tools (BitBucket, BOBJ) is advantageous.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage time-sensitive production incidents.

Nice to Have:

Experience with proactive monitoring and alerting systems.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams across data engineering, AI/ML, and business intelligence functions.
