Lead Low Voltage Technician - Nashville, TN
TEKsystems is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician to support the rebuild of our Nashville office and lead installations across voice, data, and fire alarm systems. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality service and building a strong team culture.

TEKsystems is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician to support the rebuild of our Nashville office and lead installations across voice, data, and fire alarm systems. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality service and building a strong team culture.
You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of low voltage systems including:
- Fire Alarms
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV
- Nurse Call Systems
- Intercom Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Program, start-up, troubleshoot, and commission new system installations
- Perform point-to-point troubleshooting across multiple systems
- Communicate clearly with project leads and clients regarding status and challenges
- Assist and guide installation teams for successful project execution
- Identify and report installation or system issues
- Review design documents and contracts for accuracy
- Conduct inspections to ensure code compliance
- Complete detailed project reports and respond to emergency service calls
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication with internal and external clients
- Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules and work flexible shifts as needed
- Maintain regular, in-person attendance during business hours

- Experience reporting to a Project Manager
