Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
Create compelling reports and presentations to share data-driven findings with clients and internal teams.
Lead team training sessions to ensure alignment with the latest marketing strategies and technological advancements.
Mentor and guide team members to encourage growth and enhance paid media expertise.
Collaborate with eCommerce clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored marketing strategies.
Utilize advanced AI marketing tools like LXRInsights to optimize campaign performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI and digital marketing, to maintain a competitive edge.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns for eCommerce platforms.
Hands-on expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A deep interest in emerging trends within eCommerce and AI-driven marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
