Description

Join SAIC in supporting our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. As a Metrics & Visualization Lead, you'll be a liaise with leadership and the office of digital readiness, ensuring the customer has real-time, actionable metrics and dashboards that inform operational readiness and modernization.

This position is contingent upon award expected September 2025. Position will be located in Washington, DC at the customer site.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Executive-level advisor to the US Coast Guard's Deputy Commandant for Systems on all matters related to metrics, reporting, and dashboard visualization.
  • Ensure decision-makers have timely, accurate, and actionable insight into program performance in support of the US Coast Guard's Office of Digital Readiness.
  • Responsible for managing the backlog of metrics-related work, coordinating priorities, and aligning visualization products with readiness and modernization goals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one.
  • Bachelor's degree in data visualization, metrics, analytics leadership or related, or equivalent and 9+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior military or government leadership.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience in Agile backlog management and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent oral and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting DHS, DoD or Intelligence Community data readiness efforts.
  • Familiarity with readiness and digital modernization programs.
  • Advanced certifications in Agile or SAFe frameworks.


Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
