Job Description

We are seeking a technically proficient and strategic Lead Kubernetes and Automation Engineer to oversee container orchestration, automation, and operational excellence across our infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Red Hat Linux, and Azure Cloud, with a strong focus on incident resolution, configuration management, and customer satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead support and operations efforts, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalations promptly by applying advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Ansible, ensuring adherence to SLA norms
  • Drive tower-level revenue generation by implementing scalable solutions using Red Hat Linux and Azure Cloud technologies
  • Validate operational reports and maintain hygiene through Ansible-based automation and configuration management
  • Develop frameworks that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction using Kubernetes container management
  • Lead the execution of the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) by identifying automation opportunities and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and platform stability
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards and document best practices for ongoing support

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Ansible automation and configuration management
  • Solid background in Red Hat Linux systems and ecosystem tools
  • Working knowledge of Azure Cloud services, deployment strategies, and scalability models
  • Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience leading technical teams and driving operational initiatives
  • Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and performance metrics
