About the Role

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Entry Level Candidates to join our Sales & Business Development team. As an Associate, you will work closely with experienced Client Partners who manage named accounts. Your role will be to support account growth, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to building additional revenue streams.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in sales, account management, and business development, with exposure to enterprise clients and seasoned industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Support: Assist Client Partners in managing day-to-day activities across key customer accounts.
  • Business Development: Research target accounts, identify new opportunities, and support campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
  • Revenue Enablement: Work with Client Partners to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and value-based client presentations.
  • Client Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and a strong customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitive moves, and client developments to help Client Partners shape growth strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain sales reports, track opportunities, and support forecasting activities.
