Now Hiring: Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant Production Support

Client: Deloitte
Location: Remote ( ~25% Travel)
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: $64/hr on W2

About the Role

We re seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to provide production support for a leading Deloitte engagement.
You ll bridge the gap between business and technology ensuring reliable operations, resolving functional issues, and driving continuous improvement in Oracle Cloud OTM.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Issue Management

  • Monitor daily OTM Cloud performance and proactively resolve user/system issues.

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and inquiries within SLA timelines.

  • Document root causes and resolutions to strengthen knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate with Oracle and internal IT teams for complex issues.

Business Process & Functional Analysis

  • Analyze and enhance transportation & logistics business processes.

  • Translate business needs into OTM configurations and improvements.

  • Support testing, validation, upgrades, and deployments.

  • Ensure compliance with controls and audit standards.

User Support & Training

  • Deliver hands-on user support and functional OTM training.

  • Develop SOPs, process flows, and documentation.

  • Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases and OTM enhancements.

  • Identify automation opportunities for efficiency gains.

  • Support ongoing reviews and system optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems.

  • 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) preferably Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations.

  • Expertise in OTM configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in OTM or Transportation Management.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level logistics platforms.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or similar frameworks.
