PLM & Technical Experience

• 10+ years of Windchill PLM domain experience.
• 5+ years delivering technical/functional solutions and driving decision-making between business and technical teams.
• 5+ years of PTC Windchill experience in the Medical Devices industry.
• 5+ years hands-on with Windchill PDMLink and ProjectLink.
• 3+ years working with Windchill MPMLink.
• Successfully completed 2+ Windchill ERP integration implementations.
• 1+ year of experience with relational databases and ability to query Oracle using SQL.

Leadership & Methodology

• Experience leading and coordinating work with globally distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and backlog management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with minimal supervision.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to assess business value and prioritize requests across competing stakeholders.
