Job Description
To support our clients with modernization and consolidation of legacy case management systems using the Pegasystems Platform.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will support our federal clients with modernization and consolidation of legacy case management systems using the PEGA Platform.
Lead a team of Systems/Sr Systems Architects and Business Architects, directing the work of employees assigned to the program from various groups.
Act as primary customer contact for assigned team(s)
Guide and teach junior team members to become proficient in PEGA best practices as well as Pega Case Management application development.
Migrate the functionality of dozens of legacy case management systems into a COTS Enterprise Case Management (ECM) Solution Integration System (SIS) (Pega) capable of supporting issue-resolution across a large enterprise.
Support the configuration, reliability, and availability of the Pega Platform in customer hosted environments.
Modify or develop new workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiency.

Create:
Process-oriented web applications
Customized flows and action forms
Activities and steps for implementing Core Business Logic
High-level Enterprise-Class Structures
File Listeners for automatic creation of work objects
Work with infrastructure team on capacity planning
Enable reduction of redundancy and overlap in the data across the enterprise.
Prepare role-based access groups.
Customize manager and user portals.
Validate code for compliance of Pega guardrails and standards.
Test and debug using Tracer and Rules Inspector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor s degree with 15+ years of experience in I.T., computer science, or related field.
PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required.
