Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure our system across client infrastructure (on-prem, hybrid, and cloud).
- Install agents, configure connectors, and verify data ingestion from systems like Active Directory, file shares, and cloud platforms.
- Write and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate deployment tasks, system validation, and reporting.
- Gather, document, and analyze customer requirements to develop custom SQL-based reporting, data extracts, or compliance use cases.
- Design, write, and test complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support client-specific data transformation and reporting needs.
- Perform iterative testing and validation of SQL solutions with clients, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Deliver technical documentation of custom work for both internal handoff and customer-facing knowledge bases.
- Normalize and transform large datasets from disparate sources.
- Maintain data integrity across connected systems and ensure clean ingestion into our system.
- Apply scripting best practices to automate repetitive technical tasks and improve deployment efficiency.
- Investigate technical issues related to SQL performance, PowerShell execution, connectivity, and integration.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve platform bugs or data discrepancies.
- Document solutions and update internal tooling and deployment checklists.
- Participate in discovery and working sessions with client stakeholders to capture technical goals and constraints.
- Translate functional business needs into technical implementation plans.
- Provide technical guidance during client meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in implementation, system integration, or technical consulting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL: complex queries, joins, views, indexing, stored procedures, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with enterprise systems like Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud IAM platforms.
- Experience gathering and translating customer requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong documentation and version control practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with access governance, IAM, or cybersecurity tools
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Additional scripting (Python, Powershell) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Experience using or developing for data visualization/BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
