Job Description:
  • Act as the overall reporting workstream lead across SCM, FIN, and HCM tracks in an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
  • Collaborate with business leads, functional teams, and data architects to understand reporting requirements and priorities across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports using Oracle Fusion OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Create reporting inventory and strategy aligned to business outcomes, compliance needs, and hospital operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all reporting solutions.
  • Drive workshops to gather business reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports for decision-makers in finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and clinical support functions.
  • Manage cross-functional data requirements and collaborate with data migration and integration teams to ensure consistency and availability of data across modules.
  • Establish reporting governance, version control, and change management processes.
  • Support end-user training, UAT, and go-live readiness for reporting components.
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for internal reporting team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and analytics, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, FIN, HCM).
  • Strong hands-on experience in OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and OAC.
  • Experience in the healthcare or hospital environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex reporting across multiple functional areas.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, subject areas, and business objects.
  • Proven success working in large-scale transformation projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare data compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience with reporting strategy setup and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus
